Procedure:
Firstly cut 6 CD's in rain drop shape . Now using acrylic paint and glass paint ,design the CD's.Take cardboard roll and cover it with aluminium foil. Now make small incisions on cardboard roll to insert the drop shaped CD's , apply little fevicol too.Stick CD's on the top and bottom of the roll.Stick any decorative piece on the CD on the top .Place or stick tea light candles on drop shaped CD's. Beautiful handmade lamp holder made from all waste materials is ready to decorate for any festivities.
